asrock x58 error code 00 and aa

I haven't touched my desktop for almost two years and I'm receiving this error code when turning on my pc. It won't even make a beep sound that its booting.

power supply is connected in my motherboard on two occasions. connected my graphics card. I have also the ram connected.

not sure what I'm missing. could someone help me?

Are these the codes that it stops on, or just what flashes? Neither of these should affect post, only boot to OS.

Now I removed everything and put everything together it shows 00 then stops at AC for a few seconds before shutting off.

That code means end of post initialization of chipset registers. It's being hung up on something.

You need to remove all but the bare minimum to get it to post and show something on the screen. If it shoots anymore codes you can see them here on page 38 and above.

running at bare minimum. it's now showing aa then ac. link not working.

As - AAUninstall POST INT1Ch vector and INT09h vector. Deinitializes the ADMmodule.
AC - End of POST initialization of chipset registers.
What should I do ?
