Help with Gigabyte MOBO

I am trying this motherboard out. It turns on and off, fan spins too. I connected the 12v ATX, tried it with an HDD and GPU. I can't find out what the LEDs mean. I tried the manual. Any thoughts, model is GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 pics attached with lights.

Looks like debug/post LEDs.

Don't know why you did not show entire the board in your pic, but from what I can see, you do not have the cpu 8 pin power plugged in, (it's above the vrm heat sinks so it's hard to tell because you did not show that in your pic)
