1 bit of scrunched up paper underneath is all you need to get it going

Plain ol' wood chunks that have had all the crap taken out. If you don't like a super smokey tasting bbq, just wait till the coals are fully lit and not smoking at all anymore, because it's basically pure carbon it's a very clean heat to use

I've been telling her since before she bought her crappy tiny grill that she needs a charcoal starter. It's been uhhhhh 3 months? I know I'm getting a grill for Christmas so we'll use her charcoal (lightly) until then. Anytime, and I mean ANYTIME I try to grill with anything other than propane it's always windy as ****. Kinda annoying trying to keep the airflow right.

Just spent £6; approx $8 on a taxi to go food shopping and lone behold the supermarket is closed for refurbishment and not 24 hours for the next three weeks.

So I ordered from the city centre a kofta kebab, chicken nuggets, parmisan, a can of dr pepper and got a free 10 inch margaritas bread coming.

Will take some pictures when it comes.

Would of rather had my shopping but since I'm well hungry, then it tough **** for me.

It is impossible to describe how absolutely fantastic this burger was. I'm still salivating thinking about it lamb, aioli, ranch, rocket, feta, tomato, all on a toasted bun. 10 out of frickin 10. And I don't even like rocket OR aioli normally!

Don't knock it till you try it best part is easily the patty with these guys tho. They make them 100% from scratch in store, and it really shows. None of this frozen hockey puck machine pressed BS!

Leftover roast for lunch today. Mum overcooked it but meh still tastes pretty damn good!

Decided to actually utilize my hour lunch break to go have some dinner at Waffle House and have my gf and kiddos meet me there. It actually brightened my Friday up quite a bit.

My company bought me supper tonight. My boss sent me word to grab me something on the company card but to keep it to $15 or less. I had a day from hell and she wanted me to know that it was noticed and appreciated. I hit Burger King and went cheap... too damn tired for anything else.
