Are you saying that you're missing files, or are you just reacting to the "Delete Index Entry" lines in the chkdsk log?

If you're just reacting to those - then if you look at the files it's working with, those are all temporary system files for the most part, from what I can tell (most likely Windows Update related things).

I assume by "get data off of your hard drive" you mean you already know the drive is dying and you're just working on recovering data off of it? If that's the case, if Windows starts failing to read the drive reliably... I suggest burning a Linux LiveCD or USB drive, and booting off of that and working with the drive from there. I've had much better luck working in Linux while copying files from a dying drive than within Windows.

No the hard drive was already dead (assuming because it was corrupted) so i took it out of my laptop and plugged it into another computer using a sata to usb 3.1 adapter to attempt to access it but it wouldn't let me saying i need to format before i could access it which i didn't and then also came up parameter being incorrect or something and thats when i did some looking online and decided to try the chksdk /f command and i think it deleted all my files on that drive.

No, Chkdsk didn't delete your files. The only files it touched, were the ones in the above log you posted - which were mainly XML files. Mostly likely related to Windows Update or other system functions.

I would suggest trying out the Linux LiveCD like I suggested above - download a distribution such as Ubuntu or Mint and see if you can access the drive that way.
