Program not running because of OCX

I just downloaded a program that has two .OCX files. When I try to run the program it gives me a message saying "Cannot retrieve blablabla from blablabla.ocx". I looked on a few sites and figured I had to register the OCX files, so I did. Both of the two (only two) were registered and it still gives me that message, does anyone know some possible reason why?

which program? try uninstalling, rebooting and re-installing the program.
