From what I can tell:
2 PCI network cards (with 2 ports each), and looks like a PCI card with fiber connections
Can't tell what left-most port is (too dark). Serial. VGA. USB x2, 2 more network, and 2 more USB.

Looking at the connectivity is it a good server. Its an x8 Xeon @ 2.0 Ghz and 73 Gb over x6 HDD Rack mount. De racked.

Looking at the Network connectivity on this thing, what should I have connected to the switch I have for full utilization of this server.

Depends if the ethernet ports are 10Gbit. If not, the what looks to be SFP fiber ports on the right hand PCI slot are probably 10Gbit, so you'd want to use that.

Not sure what the dark port on the left is, probably some sort of SAN connector for attaching the server to storage. Then again there are no screw holes to secure the connector which you'd expect for storage connection on a server...

I've got Ethernet Cables in the cupboard. Should I just connect all the Ethernet ports to the Ethernet Switch I have. What in turn is connected to the internet.
