Replacement MOBO for Emachines et 1331g

$200 max, i know what i said eariler, and i apoligize. This has been a long time problem for me.
Here's a list of computers that might have open gl 3.3 or better on it, i know what i said before, but the other forum agreed and i am beating a dead horse. But that's them, i have no idea about you. anyway, here's the list.

I already agreed with them but I also realize that not all people can either afford new stuff or are comfortable with replacing system components no matter how easy it is. All you need is a graphics card, maybe a motherboard too.

what version of open gl would be on this new computer?
And what is the intergrated graphics on here?

The HP PP linked to has an i5 3470 in it, which has Intel HD 2500 integrated graphics; it supports OpenGL 4.0+

The card and the board I linked are both under 200 bucks and about the same cost as the machine with an 8th of the graphics capability.

You do realize Fallout New Vegas uses DirectX 9 right?

YAY! thank you.
But it does not seem to be able to play fallout 4 D:
got a link to a computer that can play that?
and to budget save, i do happen to have 2x2 gb ram inside my current machine and thier numbers are:
2G Dimm 530040-3822 rohs 71 transend ce memory rn kn2g bo foo193817c052700
If those dont work, how about a recommendation to a computer that does have it all?
and hopefully accepts those ram cards, cause that'll make all oh so easy.

Fallout 4 is DirectX 11, I'll point to the 2 pieces I posted before. You'll need those, only thing in your budget that'll work.

cruel reailty is apperntly very harsh. my new budget is $350 can you find one that has windows 7 x64 bit on it that can play fallout 4 and and open gl 4.0 ish on it? anything above opengl 3.3 would be great.
