"Null" process issue

Hey there. Long time no see but I need some help. I have this "null" tasks that I am afraid to end. Can't find answers online. Any ideas what these are? They are eating my CPU and keeping it below 40% usage:

What happens when you right click -> open file location?
or right click -> "Go to details" ?

You could also try and get more info with ProcMon or Process Explorer

Came back to this a month later because problem came up again. I downloaded and used Process Explorer and both Task Manager and Process Explorer say svchost.exe. Path, command line, etc dont show up either. I am hesitate to try to end the task because it indicates that it will crash Windows.
