Getac tablet stylus replacement?

Anyone have any experience with these Getac tablets? They use a weird proprietary stylus--it's big, round, squishy, and covered in some sort of fuzz. And they don't work very well. I'm looking for a replacement for them, but so far everything that I've tried doesn't work. I'm not familiar at all with Getac; these were purchased by my employer who wants us to set them up. Which is difficult to do if your stylus fuzz wears off...

I don't--Getac's website is actually blocked for some reason. They want us to use these things, but they don't want us to know about them, I guess? I think that the model number is F110, but it isn't marked on the tablets, and I can't find any of the documentation for them.

Does it look like this one?

Well, that's the F110 that I posted. Most of Getac's products come with a solid warranty, so I would contact them about the fuzz falling off of the stylus first and see if they will replace it.
