Monitors Go Black, sometimes flash, sometimes stay black and require a restart

Try rolling back to an older set of drivers, like the beginning of August. I have a 960 and have had issues in certain games with certain releases.

Just rolled back to these drivers
NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL
I'll let you know how it goes.

Edit: This set of drivers was release around the beginning of August.

Well, apparently the problem isn't solved, I went a while without any problems, just played a smite 1v1, got into a fight with the other player, the screen goes black for 10 seconds, comes back on. About ten seconds later, it does it again. When the screen comes back on smite has crashed.

I do not, only the integrated graphics, will that work?

Addition 1: This is a really new GFX card, I don't see a reason it would be FUBAR.

It seems like my fans on my GFX card aren't actually turning on until my temp reaches about 65 or 66 C. What program can I use to manually control these fans?

Okay this is really getting out of hand once again, it's back to join game, black screen, screen turns on again, walk a few feet in game, black screen, screen doesn't come back on and I'm forced to restart. What is wrong????? I'm so confused I thought we solved this???

that's really weird, fans should def be on regardless. You can use this program though: EVGA - Software - Precision XOC

The program works, i'll test it in-game tomorrow, but I was able to get fan speed up to 3400 rpm (holy crap it was only going a max of 500 before) it lowered the temp way down so I think this might work. Let you know how it goes tomorrow!
