Can anyone help!

I got a whole bunch of Windows 2000 computers that won't install wordperfect. It says that the computer doesn't meet the min requirments, but it does. I also get an error message after in spends 20 mintues on one file.
Error 130, error reading from file C;/program files/word perfect office12/shared/help/pr12vben.hlp Verify file exists.
I'm not sure what is wrong, can any one help me?

try going into the config.nt file in the system32 folder and change File = to

Files = 40

see what happens.
