How to connect 4-Channel Bluetooth relay to PC

How do I connect this to my PC? Its a 4-Channel Bluetooth Relay. I want to experiment with it

Got any part #'s? What about the blue connector in the top-right on the first picture - what interface is that labeled as?

Looks like it would hook up to something like an Arduino or something via the blue set-screw terminals.

I found this in a going outta business computer hardware store. I got it for free but it had no instructions. I hooked up a 12v transformer to the two isolated screw terminals and it still powers up and everything. The other screw terminals are the 4 channel inputs. + and common. Any help would be appreciated. I think I could have a little fun with this relay once I figure out how to run it haha.

Any chip #'s or part #'s on the device (besides the blue relays or the voltage regulator IC near the power input)?
