Like already stated, and verified by the ESN/IMEI checker, no. That phone can never be used on a cell network again, unless the carrier you try to use it on hasn't blacklisted it. In that case, you would have to actually call the carrier and ask them if the device is blacklisted. But since the checker verified it's blacklisted on some carriers, and you know it doesn't work on the carrier you're trying it with - then you know the carrier you're trying to use it on has it blacklisted. At this point, consider it a wifi-only device.

You might be able to sell it for parts. I have seen several who will buy blacklisted phones for just such purposes.
