M.2 Drive Issues

I don't think it's the board unless the firmware is missing the options to turn on the M.2 slot. I really think that I'm either overlooking something or the M.2 drive is bad, probably the former of those two. I haven't had any time over the last few days since I posted to sit and take a second good look at this, though.
 
Okay, quick update for anybody who was following this thread. The M.2 drive is faulty. I took the rig to a buddy's house and he tried the drive in his rig and it didn't work either. He put his M.2 drive in my rig and it fired right up with no settings changes required. So, it's pretty much supposed to be plug and play on my board. Getting an RMA/exchange done so I can get the build finalized.
