Opinions on Liquid Cooling System

Hey Guys!
I am in the early planning phases of building a new computer and I just wanted to get a general consensius of what everyone thinks of liquid cooling compared to air cooling. Id be interested operating temperature deltas between liquid and air cooling systems; if anybody has this type of data that they are willing to share, I would love to see it!

This. Only maintenance you have to do on an AIO is wipe the dust off of the radiator once in a while.

I was leery on water cooling just because I didn't want to have to deal with maintenance / possible leaks...but AIO coolers don't have that problem.
