how to see what changed were made during windows update?

I got this windows 10 update to never version( I already have windows 10 pro) and now I'm noticing bunch of bull sheet that I already disabled once and cant remember what I have to do to disable it again

like one drive.
and the eject drive icon
and the pop up notifications with sound are back again.

I want to see all the settings that were changed during the update because this seems fishy
I don't know what else was enabled

Not sure of the top of my head, but you can do a system restore if you are unhappy

How do you find this out? Never knew you can tell what default settings are changed after an update.

Plus my settings have never changed when I do an update?

Because those are a couple things that changed when I did the Win10 update - that and I just googled what changed for the Threshold 2 update .

yea I noticed things like notifications and default programs were changed.

I just wanted to know what else they changed without telling me
