Youtube Not Working Chrome?!

Well, I just went on youtube on chrome and I got the error: ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED.
It only happens on youtube. I checked if it was up or down but it was up.
I tried youtube on other browsers and it worked?

Whats going on? Its been happening yesterday aswell.

Me no like ie. Me <3 Chrome. Me no like FF too.
