Flash is practically non existent under 64Bit based OS's or at least help isn't available so much.
When you have to do a manual download and are a Newbie to Linux its a nightmare to say the least especially if all you want to do is watch a video.
Hears what to do.
Open a new terminal by Pressing and Holding CTRL ALT and T on your Keyboard.
Copy this or type this in to the terminal window. sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer
Follow the on screen instructions by allowing the installation to take place. Press Y when prompted.
Restart FF under Ubuntu Based OS you are running.
