damn, looks like a fun system to build and use, i wish i had some cash to drop and build an SLI system, even tho id rather wait til it was a slightly more mainstream technology, however i wonder if 2 6600gt's would outperform 1 6800gt, and they would cost less... anyone got a place with good sli benchmarks?

over here in australia, a friend of a friend got a Nforce 4 sli mobo shipped over, cost him $1000 aud just for the mobo. He put in 2 6800 utltra, 2gb ram dual channel, 2x 147gb 10k rpm drives (raid 0) etc. Really good

I am building this to replace my aging 2200xp GeForce4 4400Ti system.. Hoping its a huge increase in performance. So your friend is happy with the SLI system he built?

Don't get XFX get eVGA if they have them out in PCI-Express by then.. eVGA is of much better quality.

I am lovin that case, hell that is sexy! gonna have to get one myself, been lookin at cases for a while

As of now the only PCI-E card I can find is the XFX thats the reason I have it on there. So hopefully others will become available before the end of January. If not I dont think it matters all that much.
