Intel Motherboard Suggestions 1150

So I'm trying to get a new Intel build going.
I was recently able to get a 4690k for $180, and a 4790k for $270. Still haven't decided which I will keep.
I need a new motherboard.
I will be using stock cooler for now and will not be OC'ing.
I will be using a single 960.

Also I have 12GB of DDR3 Pin 240 ram that I would like to use.

Budget is roughly $100, unless you can educate me as to a good reason to go above that.

Well might as well get an H81 board or if you can square something in the budget an H97 board.

Would a 4790k last me 2-3 years you think?
If so, would there be any benefit in dropping like $200 on a motherboard?

All depends on what you want to do.

Ask yourself, will I stream or do any work that utilizes HT? If the answer is no, then you don't need the i7.

Ask yourself, will I go multi-GPU, buy a nice M.2, or overclock my CPU later? If the answer is no to each then no point in buying a Z97. No Z97 board is worth over $200 and most all good ones can be had for less than 175.

I'm assuming it's the H97 ASRock board. Yea it's decent.
