You could PM me your road and I could tell you if we've ever had a reason to survey there i.e. you live with filthy criminals, you scum. Or which network has the best signal (though that'll vary if it's a long road).

I live in London, I think every road has filthy criminals... My area would of 100% been surveyed as we had Abu Hamza (terrorist) living down the street from us by our park, of course at the time noone knew he was a terrorist and living here...
Also we have another terrorist living in the area too but about 5 min drive away, he escaped by wearing a burka so police couldnt identify him...
