Does this sound good? Should I make any changes? I want some feedback thanks! I'm wanting to build this.

Are you buying used parts or something? A lot of the selections don't make a lot of sense.

Usage isn't defined either.
If this is a gaming box there isn't a need for an i7, plus for the price Skylake makes more sense to get an i5 6600k.
I'd get a Z170 chipset with that, or if you stick to Haswell at least get a Z97 for the money.
A 780ti isn't worth the cost when a 980 can be had usually for cheaper.
16GB of RAM isn't needed for a gaming box or most productivity unless you're dealing with large photos or videos.
I'd get an RMi or AXi instead of that AX, and 860w is pretty overkill for that rig.
No need for a sound card unless you have high end cans or an audiophile grade sound setup.
The mixture of HDDs makes no sense and you have no SSD in the build which IMO should be a critical piece for a high end build.
No real particular comment on a fan controller, but there are better options out there if you want to make it discrete.
