120mm radiator and fan in 4cm of space

I only have one available fan slot for a water cooling radiator, sadly, it is on the side of the case and my gpu is in the way so I only have a 4cm gap, is there any closed water cooling loops that have a slim radiator that I can add a fan to to fit? I don't really mind if the case bows.

H55 or H60. You can get slim 120mm fans too. I believe Scythe makes one.

If it's really unopened and new then yes. You can change to a slim fan if you need to though.
