Poor mobo ?

I tried using the multiplier (17×) to overclock my CPU, however when I ran the 3dmark03 CPU tests, the score decreases after it it put above 210 MHz (external clock frequency)

211 595

Is this due to my mobo or something else ? (see specs below)

tighten the latencies on your ram. This could be the problem, assuming that you increased the voltage to your cpu.

also, i have a memory acceleration mode in BIOS and that was enabled.

so you just had a 200 mhz increase in speed right... its not big, but its certainly not small. might suggest to you to increase the voltage, it stabilizes the OC. but do this at your own risk... without proper cooling you can fry your chip.

What voltages am i looking at increasing it to? ATM it's about 1.675 ...
