Is a Toshiba Encore 2 mini worth it?

Hey guys, its the "new kid" ok so my birthday was a while ago and i recived a $100 Myer gift card. But then a week later my tablet broke, so since i had a Myer gift card... i am deciding to buy a new tablet and throw in some extra cash.
On their website i found this:

Yea they don't really have crap for tablet selection huh. Guess you gotta get what's available.

Well, there are gift card trading services available online. I don't know much about them nor how reputable they are, but you could also just sell the gift card to somebody and use the cash instead. There are ways around having to purchase from there.
