Nope... I found out that it happens whenever I launch cs:go, then my mic turns itself down.

I figured why it happens, not how to make it stop happening

This use to happen to me too. I feel you fam (My solution was I got a new mic since my old one broke anyways)

On topic : Your CSGO EXEC or Config automatically adjusts your config. Find the command for it. ( Try that since it seems like CSGO is the main problem here.)
