lite-on ltd-163 driver

i can't find the driver for this anywhere. does anyone have it?

xp automatically has the driver

when i go into device manager it has the yellow !
it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
what does that mean?

show me where you can dl the driver from the results it gives you

uninstall your cd/dvd drives, uninstall your ide cables

reboot

see if that fixes the problem
