Blue screen of death help!

I don't trust myself to mess around with it too much and the fact it's taken about a month has drained my faith!

So I have my PC back now and about to test if it works. The guys at PC world said its all fixed, but then again, they also told me I never left a power lead with them when I did and we had to get the manager out to find it so who knows! I'll let you all know how it go's

Messed around with some drivers and windows, which is odd considering I just done a factory reset

Sounds like they didn't do jack squat then since you already did that.

No blue screens so far! Who knows! Also I just realised my mic isn't recording any audio since I done the factory reset. Any ideas how I can fix this? I'm using Astro A40 2015's and the only audio it picks up is when I mute and unmute my mic.

Was this ever solved? Rather intriguing if they didn't replace any hardware.
