How exactly do you build your own PC?

Eh, I don't know. If you plan things out really good, the software is easy. If you buy from a good mobo manuf. too, the wiring diagrams are easy, too.
 
The only thing that annoys me when building is trying to plug all the little wires for the case. eg. HDD light, reset button. Getting them all the right way round and pushing them all on at once is frustrating.

EDIT: By the looks of it some motherboards have the connector pins for the case in a line now as apposed to a rectangle of pins that are hard to get at. http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/images/jumper-block-full.jpg
