Opinions on specs(improvements, flaws etc..)

Recently i build my PC on Dino PC im am not too experienced so wanted some help on specs, here they are:

I need to stay as low in price as possible and cant go over 600. Please can you say if these parts work together well and are overall okay and help/opinions would be great
I will be playing games like Arma 3, Dota 2, Planetary Annihilation, Civilization V, Battlefield 3/4 ect..

Solid build OP. Only thing I'd change is the CPU cooler as it's not really necessary. I'd use that extra money to get a stronger PSU.
