Usb 3.0 splitter

I'm going to be adding a multimedia card reader to my PC, and the ones I like all have USB 3 ports. The problem is, the only usb3 header on my motherboard is already being used by the front panel headers on my case.

Is there some sort of splitter than I can connect directly to my motherboard's header so that I can connect the USB3 plugs for both my case and card reader?

Alright, cool. Any leads on one under $20? That's all I'm finding online.
