MS word is freezing up

Roshi I downloaded it when I try to open it it says error creating process Reason 1% is not a valid win32 application

ok, i'll be back on tonight when i get home from work... then i can look at it closer.

do you get to the point where i asks if you want to include the MSINFO32 report?

hmm what Operating system are you using.. is it Win 98 by any chance?

also you may want to check out http://www.sysinternals.com/
dl regmon and filemon, this may not be a MS Word issue but could be that a system file that word needs to function is missing or corrupt... if you're running a system 2000/NT/XP the ms report tool will help, and these two will help for that and win 9x
they can see if a file or reg key is called and you can tell which it was before the crash..
depends.exe can confirm these susspicions... still locating depends.exe

you can run this program againts winword
and see what its dependances are ..
once you know you have alist to narrow down..
compare this to mpsreport
and the list will be narrowed further ;-)
