Look I don't know what your goal is here, but seriously your rig is quite good the way it sits. If you tossed a 970 in your machine it would absolutely run circles around almost any laptop on the market today. Yes, even those 3000 dollar ones from Alienware. If you want a laptop that bad, I suggest looking at used MSI laptops that aren't as expensive and you'll more than likely get way more performance than getting an Alienware that is a few years old.

I'm with P. My AW is the 18 with sli gpus. If I were to get a 17, it would not be an alienware, most likely be an Asus or MSI.
