My Desktop Build... what would you suggest I change?

To all -

I'm building a new desktop for some medium gaming, coding on multiple monitors, and statistical work. I'm a huge fan of the L4D and CSGO games, so FPS are along the lines of what i'd like to play. I currently have a 27" 1440p S.Korean monitor that runs at 60hz, and willl most likely game @ 1080p while using the higher resolutions for statistical work and coding simply for screen space.

I'm also currently using a Razer Deathaddler 2013 mouse and DAS keyboard with cherry switches.

So here's what I picked up on my own, I'd simply like to gather some community input on what they would change, abandon, alter, etc. I'd like to keep this desktop around $1000-$1100. Although i cannot show you, the rebates attached to most of the items I've picked out bring my total build price (including paste and fans and brackets) to just over $1000.

So here's the setup =

So with these components, what alterations would anyone suggest? Am i bottlenecking anywhere or selling myself short in any department?

Love the input, advice, and support i get when asking questions here, thanks for your input!!

PS - I will not be doing any over-clocking.

The only thing you could upgrade would be the GPU for a better gaming experience. You could save some cash and get a lesser PSU - assuming your not ever going to have 2 GPU cards a good 600 or 650 watt PSU is ample.

Just seems a shame to settle for that GPU when all your other components are high grade. Nothing wrong with a 280GPU- but for FPS, etc. it is not optimal.

if you want to stay in the AMD club for $65 more after rebate you could get this which wipes the floor of the normal 280.

Just make sure it fits in the case you picked out.

System looks good but have to agree about the GPU, Not positive (I'm on my phone ATM so searching it is tough lol) but I think the GTX960 is closer in performance to the 280X card but uses much less power, As for the PS a good 620-650W will run crossfire and SLI. I have a oldCorsair 650TX and ran two GTX460's for a while with no issues and the GTX460 was a power hog lol
