I suppose that's the RAM you referred to earlier. It's the cheapest, but you might be able to find cheaper on Amazon.

Will it also work with my current GPU and whatever else I have? And one last thing, will this be capable of running games+design software efficiently/better than what it currently is?

Yes, yes, and yes. As long as you don't have more than 4 drives to plug in, but your current board only has 4 ports anyways so I'm assuming that stands true.

Also micro obviously means small. But is that just the size of the motherboard?
