Multi Monitor Screens Help Needed!!

Hello,
I have a AMD Radeon R7 200 Series graphics card installed on my pc. The card has 1 HDMI, 1 VDI and, 1 VGA. All of the monitors are connected correctly and they all work correctly separately. I can activate 2 of them at a time, but I would like to enable all three of them at the same time. When I try a message box pops up and says that I must disable a monitor first. My current O.S is windows 8.1. Note on the VD1 port I do have a cord that has VDI on one side and HDMI on the other.

I only see 2 of the screens not 3 hmmm.
