Does AMD 64 support PCI Express?

That question doesn't really make sense. At the moment the AMD64 boards don't have PCI-Express but they will here pretty soon. The board has to have PCI-Express available. The CPU doesn't determine whether it will be compatible with something like that. Board determines the CPU that can be used.

yes currently n-Force-4 chipset motherboards are in market as well with SLi technology.

but I am exclusively waiting for the VIA K8T890 Chipset based boards to be out. as the chipset though is officialy announced and as well is in the process to be embedded into boards, but actual is to see when these boards will hit the shelves.

and VIA K8T890 is PCI-E based chipset. most probably it will be in market right after christmas. (Mobo Manufacturers must be having hard times running for their board to be the first to be in market)
