the drivers from nvidias site should be fine.
Run chkddsk on all your hdds (not ssd)

Or easier, unplug your other drives and see if it continues.

Is there a chance i use 1sata cable to power my SSD and 2 hhd?

Just tested I unplug my 2 hhd still bluescreen with oc scanner running

Nvidia site is better as they are the ones making the updates so your fine.
Just bouncing possible ideas to hopefully help you out:
Was the new GPU an upgrade? Did you have another GPU before getting the 970?

Anyone think he should try running off intergrated graphics to see if it still has a BSoD without GPU?

I did not get a bsod before. Only the time I set my setting too high that my card can't handle haha.

Is that the card you were using before then?
Before you switched the cards, did you uninstall any and all AMD drivers completely?
If not, that may be your issue.
