you nailed it.. thats the exact image source! I saw it on another board where a guy was new to linux and he was complaining about having to sudo and use chmod to get permissions to rwx in the users home directory.. then someone posted that and i found it hilarious

Most of XKCD is pretty hilarious, especially if you're into science/tech/etc.
