whats up guys i need to build a good computer for work
i dont need anything fancy something powerful that can handle the load
im trying to spend less as possible around $600 or less
i have a micro center near my house and planning on getting
the 4790k for $279 the rest im probably gonna get online.
but the rest i need help with

What are your work duties? I'd be willing to bet an i7 is overkill and consumes almost half your budget.

it may be a overkill but i like to future proof my self lol
basically loading and extracting large files
im gonna have 2 monitors one will be on viewing security cameras
at all times.

what you think i should do?
get a cheaper cpu and save some money?

Cheaper RAM.
G.SKILL Value 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C11D-8GNT - Newegg.com

Better PSU.
SeaSonic SSR-450RM 450W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com

The board is fine, but honestly I don't see the point in a Z97 board unless you want to go with an M.2 SSD, which in that case might as well get an ASRock with the Ultra M.2 slot. Otherwise, get a cheaper H81 board or even B85 board.
