With the mobo that you linked? What does this lack, that the Asus board has to make it 20 quid more expensive?

Asus has a displayport for onboard (which you don't need), and one more USB3 header, again which you don't need. Besides that nothing much else besides the name. Asus is generally more pricey just because it's Asus.
