System upgrade

Hey guys, i am thinking on upgrading my gaming system.. So here goes the stuff's i am thinking:

Motherboard- Asrock 990 fx extreme 3
CPU- fx 8350
Graphic card- R9 270x gaming edition(msi)
Ram- xfury 4 gigas 1866 mhz

What do you guys think?

Need a little more info. What's your budget like, what games do you plan on playing, are you US based, ect.

Budget is 600/700 i plan on playing all the new games like far cry 4, crysis 3 etc
