Hello guys
This is my first post here.
Is funny, I have made up my mind to spend 2.3K on a laptop, but I can make up my mind which one between the two.
I gearing towards the asus, but that is only because when I went to Nvidia website and looked at their 980 M cards, the only laptop the show had it was the ASUS ROG.
Please help me decide on which one to get, the ASUS ROG G751JY-DH71 gaming laptop, or the MSI GT Series GT72 Dominator laptop. The both have same CPU and GPU. The Msi has an 8 gb version of the 980M GPU but comes stock with 16 gb of ram, while the Asus has 4gb of ram for 980M gpu and 24 gb of ram.
I personally like the design of the Asus ROG better, but the Msi laptop is also nice.
A few things to note: I have never owned a serious gaming system other than a gaming console(xbox 360). I also don't have the option to game on PC.
If i am spending 2.3k on a laptop, I do not want any regrets.
I hope you guys help me make up my mind by the end of friday.
