This build is something I want to run games at 1080p at mid to high settings.
New games like Battlefield or Crysis I would be fine putting to 720p. Here's the build.

Intel Pentium G3258
1 stick of Crucial 4gb ram ddr3 1600 Mhz
Asus Hg1m-D PLUS (mobo)
Corsair 500w power supply (Can i go down to 430W to save money?)
Powercolor TurboDuo 270 with 2 gbs 256 bit GDDR5
Rosewill Challenger case
Western Digital blue 1 TB

Is there anything I can change to make this build cheaper? I also want to add windows 8 so that's why I want it around 400$ in order to pay for windows. Should I wait for Black Friday to get better deals as well?

I believe the K or E model of that board is cheaper.
You would also want 8GB of RAM.

Yes I would wait to see if you can find any decent GPU deals.

You should wait till black Friday, or cyber Monday. One would assume cyber Monday has better deals for computer stuff, but idk.

Do some research on the previous black Friday and cyber Monday sales.
