screen problems

okay i am pretty sure i might already know the answer o this question but i just want a second opinion. so when my laptop screen is at different angles, it either freezes the screen on a still image of what i was doing at the time it froze, or it turns the screen blue, i think the problem is either a cable that is being partially separated, or the screen is internally cracked somehow. anyone have any ideas?

Does the screen return normal if you put it back in it's original, working position?

If so, then I'd say yeah it's a loose or bad cable.

yes it does, but the weird thing is that it doesnt always freeze up when in the same positions. and sometimes it freezes in every position its in but if i push on the back of the screen it works but as soon as i let go, it freezes again

I'd definitely start out by checking the connection(s) then. Should be simple to do.
