USB and Micro SD Card- Partitions

I have a Micro SD Card that has a original memory of 64GB. It now shows only 8MB of memory.

I have tried to delete the partition but it won't recognize it.

Problems- Need to format. but it fails
Doesn't recongize the partition, so I can't delete it

Try using a GParted LiveCD and see if it recognizes the full size of the SD card. If not..then I'd say the card is probably dying/dead.

Have you tried it in a different card reader to see if it behaves the same? Or even a different computer?
