Pentium 4 computer won't display on monitor

Ah, sorry. I thought he said if the monitor worked on a different computer.

Anyways, the pentium 4 has never worked on this monitor before.

EDIT: I tried making a LAN with my vista machine and the pentium 4. My vista machine recognizes it.

With this it sounds like it's booting into Windows but not displaying to the monitor.

OP said onboard does the same in 1st post .

@OP: when you were trying the onboard ports, did you remove the graphics card then try to bootup on onboard?

^ yeah that's what I meant Doesn't it output through discrete unless either A) set in BIOS or B) the discrete GPU is removed? That's my line of thought

I got it fixed. Apparently, it was a mobo issue.
