support and suggestions for attaining IT Masters

Hello, I just completed my bachelor's in Computer Electronics Engineering Technology about two weeks ago and plan on starting my Master's the latter of next year...I've been debating whether to lean towards Information Systems or Software Engineering Master's? Would appreciate and suggestions or feedback

Per statistics, the greatest boom is going to be Information Security. Everyone, even hospitals and large clinics are hiring IT techs soly for IT Security. Next greatest demand is Network Engineers, third is software developers.

I've already got my stuff planned out, ATA In Computer Information Systems- Networking, Bachelors of Arts in 3D Game Developing, and then my Masters in Software Engineering.
