Go with a X700. The price should go down some now that the X850 just came out

Either get a 6600GT (they come in AGP or PCI-E) or an ASUS 128mb 6800GT. they both have DDR3 and the 6600GT can be OC'd quite well. just how much money u have in the end.

BTW the 6800 is slower than the 6600GT in some things and only just faster in doom3 and stuff
