yes its more likely to be. but i'm still thinking why to make two thngs out of same architecture, where they already have came out with 90nm processors on Athlon64 (FX still didnt), and 90nm on AMD runs cooler.
for at least a good time, AMD doesnt have to wory about anything until intel come up with some new thing. therefore AMD will integrate everything into 1 at higher ends, while lower ends are being taken care of by sempron.
I think he meant above the stock multiplier is locked, like most 64 chips.
Example: mine is 200 X 10 but i have options of 9.5, 9.0, 8.5 all the way down to 4 i think, but the FX-53 and 55 can go above the stock....correct me if i'm wrong
